Cell phones are used for everything from texting to working on the internet at school or work. Today hand held net works are simply carried in students pockets or purses.Cell phone s can do everything and anything, you can text,talk,call, you can get free internet access on a  plan.Though there are  consequences, if you get caught in classes with a cell phone the teachers usually kick you out or send you down to the office. Its bascilly the resonsabilty of the user that owns the cell phone while  in school.

                                I think that cell phones should be allowed and used in class whenever with the acceptation of respecting teachers and other students.Cell phones have internet access that the district school board bands. Most cell phone have good concetion to the internet, and then school borads wouldnt be responsable for any missing  equitment.If cell phones were used in school grounds it would be better all the  way  around for the school and the students, students would also have  their own privacy. When  students are done work or even looking for usage information, the cell phone should be available for every student in the school that can use it in a respectful way.
